Her Temple is a guided, in-person women’s circle and embodiment experience.
A space where you are gently led out of the noise of the mind…
and back into the wisdom of your body.
Through somatic practices, sensual embodiment, voice activation, and presence,
you are invited to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been quietened, hidden, or forgotten.
This is not a surface-level women’s circle.
This is a remembrance.
A reclamation of the full woman that you are.
Your sovereignty.
Your sensual power.

Each gathering is a journey.
Every month, we enter through a different theme or energetic portal- and this month, we begin with initiation.
You will be guided through:
- Somatic grounding to create safety in your body
- Breath & voice activation to awaken expression and truth
- Sensual movement to ignite aliveness and connection
- Fire-led intention setting aligned with the new moon
- Archetypal exploration of the woman you are becoming
- Integration & optional sharing

I guide women through spaces of deep reconnection into their bodies, their truth, and their sovereignty.
My work is rooted in somatic awareness, sensual embodiment, and initiatory experiences that support real, lasting transformation.
Her Temple is a space where you are invited to meet yourself fully… and step into who you are becoming.
