Hi, I'm Elodie

I am an Australian woman, located on the Sunshine Coast, QLD and am devoted to supporting women in reclaiming their bodies, their truth, and their inner sovereignty.

With a background in nursing science and extensive training across holistic and therapeutic modalities, I bring both clinical understanding and deeply embodied experience to my work. Over the past five years, I have held healing spaces for women across Australia and online, guiding them through self-empowerment, sensual awakening, nervous system healing, and personal transformation. My work has evolved as I have evolved- and today, it is rooted in creating safe, trauma-aware spaces where women can soften, unravel, and return to themselves.

My qualifications include Reiki Master, 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga and 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Reflexology, and Lomi-Lomi Massage Therapy. I hold a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and Life Coaching, a Certificate in Meditation Teaching, and I am an Access Bars Practitioner. I am also trained as a Feminine Embodiment Practitioner, Conscious Sexuality Experience (CSE) Practitioner, and Tantric Healer, offering spaces where women can explore embodiment, pleasure, intimacy, and sovereignty in a grounded and respectful way.

As a Trauma-Informed Practitioner, Tantra Temple Facilitator, and Somatic Guide, I approach every container with sensitivity, depth, and attunement. I honour the nervous system, the pace of the body, and the uniqueness of each woman’s story.

My work weaves together science and spirit, structure and softness. It is not about becoming someone new -it is about remembering who you already are beneath conditioning, shame, and survival.

I am here to work with women who are ready to meet themselves more honestly. Women who desire depth. Women who are curious about their sensuality, their emotional landscape, their spiritual path, and their capacity for self-leadership.
